Why have I never seen the Synergy radiology logo before?
Well, we used to have separate websites… but now we have one central website using our Synergy brand- making it easier for our patients to make bookings! We also have our new patient ID cards which can be used at all of our practices- so Synergy is out there loud and proud!
I have a new I.D card, but I don’t know what to do with it?
Your referring GP will most likely have access to your reports and images already, so they wont need to use the information on your card. If, however, your Doctor or Specialist has any questions about your medical imaging, your ID card is a good way for them to contact us with any questions.
What is the My Health Diary App?
You can download an App on your phone or log in online to see your own images! After coming into our practice for a scan you will get a text message from us once your images are ready. This text message will take you to a page where you can create your account using your mobile number/email address and a password. Now you will be able to see your images (and after 48 hours your reports too)! You can also send your files to Specialists or GPs via email- using the SHARE IMAGES WITH MY DOCTOR tab
